Return and Refund Policy

  1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
  2. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt.
  4. Freebies (gifts that come with the order) are not refundable or exchangeable.

Warranty Policy

  1. All products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  2. If your product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us for a repair or replacement.
  3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  5. You will be responsible for shipping costs for any warranty claims.
  6. Please note that specials (products with the 【Specials】tag in the title) are only covered by a 6-month after-sales guarantee
  7. Freebies (gifts with your order) are not covered by the warranty.
